Mirka 6" Interface Pad- "1/2" thick

Interface pads are a necessity for machine sanding. If you were to own just one interface pad, this may be the one you'd want!

The foam material used to make this pad features a middle of the road firmness, while its 1/2" height is sufficient for most tasks.

Should you decide to pair your machine with a vacuum system, six holes ensure ample cleaning of the sanding surface and disc.

Note: Due to its 1/2" height, this interface pad may lessen sanding disc movement in relation to the backing plate, especially when used with small stroke machines.

When used with random orbital machines, backing plate rotation may also be affected.
