Metabo 3-1/8" Velcro Backing Plate.
This is a direct replacement for the Metabo SXE400 Backing Plate. It's also a fantastic fit for Meguiar's 3" DA Microfiber Cutting and Finishing Discs, which actually measure 3-3/8" diameter.
Fits other machines utilizing a 6mm bolt. Excellent holding power.
This backing plate is a bit too large to work with 3" sanding discs.
However, it fits a wide variety of buffing pads, including:
Rupes 3" Foam Buffing Pads
