Low-profile hook face.<br />Fits in the palm of your hand.<br />Yellow material is soft, and squeezable.<br />Available with or without sponge-filled center. If an interface is needed for sanding, and you're using the Dome Hand Block with a center loaded sponge, use the Mirka #1033CH Interface Pad so that water can flow from the sponge to the sanding surface.If an interface is needed for sanding, and you're using the Dome Hand Block without a center-loaded sponge, use the Mirka #1033 Interface Pad.

This uniquely-shaped dome sanding block makes sanding or polishing by hand a breeze.
Made using the same durable polymer that Mirka uses to build their backing plates.  The dome material is soft, making it very easy to grasp, even when wet. 

This block is available with or without a 7/8" diameter sponge set into the dome.  Sanding discs featuring a cloth, foam, or mesh backing will allow water to readily flow, effectively keeping the surface wet and clean.

For wet sanding, it's a good idea to use a trigger bottle filled with highly diluted Meguiar's Hi-Tech Wash to clean the disc, and moisten the sponge.

For dry sanding, or if you plan on using only film-backed or paper-backed discs, the standard dome (no hole) will deliver optimum performance.
